Braccio Shield v4 Schematic

Looking for the schematic for the Shield v4 board.

My Braccio robotic arm jammed and fried the Shield board. I can't find a replacement board in the Arduino store so I am trying to fix the board myself.

I can see the damaged component on the board. My guess is that it's a MOSFET but it would be great if I had a schematic to be sure.

Its a SOT-23 SMD switch transistor. Can you please take a picture of the other side of the board. Please identify where the transistor is located as well.
