BTS 7960 connection not working properly

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a project involving two wiper motors controlled by an Arduino Mega. For motor control, I'm using two BTS7960 motor drivers. Additionally, I have a buck boost converter to ensure stable power supply.

Initially, I managed to create a circuit that worked perfectly. However, recently, I've encountered an issue where the wheels aren't rotating as expected. I've double-checked my connections, but I'm still unable to identify the problem.

Could anyone please provide insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? I'd greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can offer.

This was my reference circuit

Thank you in advance!

The 9V battery shown will not work it does not have enough energy to run the motors. If you check the data sheet the BTS7960 has a minimum voltage requirement.

hello Gilshultz,
The image attached was only reference for my pin connections. However, my battery is a 48v 20mAh that is connected to a step down converter. It was working at the first week that i have been doing this but unfortunately now it does not work.

What motors are you using and how much current do they require. A link to there technical information would be a big help.
