The arduino is not capable to do live video, checkout the raspberry PI.
The Arduino is a microcontroller. It has about 1000 times too little processing power and 1000000 too little
memory to be a video processor. Its for controlling things, not computation/media-processing.
than what other thing than rasp. pi I should use to do live video streaming.
A webcam? (WiFi?)
There are lost of inexpensive WiFi cameras on eBay.
If someone wants links let me know and I'll go through my ebay history and share some of the cameras I've purchased.
How about a USB webcam I have it And a tablet?

I suppose that might be possible if you have the right software.
You'd need a program to capture the webcam video and send the data to whatever device you're using as a viewer. The device used to view the image would need the right software to display the data received.
There are lots of inexpensive video streaming cameras around.
What about a tablet with front camera.

I don't think the position of the camera matters.
Again, if you have the right software, you should be able to capture send a video stream. I imagine tablet to table (or tablet to PC) streaming is relatively common. I don't use a tablet myself.
