Can a non addressable light strip can be controlled by arduino?

There are penty tutorials about addressable LEDs.

But I need to control a non-addressable LED strip like this kind:
https://www.amazon.de/ALED-LIGHT-Wasserfest-Fernbedienung-Dekoration/dp/B07PNK5WGH/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1&keywords=led+streifen+cct+rgb+arduino&qid=1608985636&sr=8-5

Can someone give me a hint how to manage this with arduino.

I need a fast blinking light with changing frequencies, but all leds should show the same light color.
Do I need something else apart from the LED-strip?

Thanks!

A suitable power supply
3 N channel logic level MOSFETs

This and similar questions are frequent on here, do some searching for more information.

but all leds should show the same light color.

You don’t have a choice about this option, they can not be anything else.

Here is how you put it together.

Looks like the same discussion you are having here:
