Can a non addressable light strip can be controlled by arduino?

There are penty tutorials about addressable LEDs.

But I need to control a non-addressable LED strip like this kind:

Can someone give me a hint how to manage this with arduino.

I need a fast blinking light with changing frequencies, but all leds should show the same light color.
Do I need something else apart from the LED-strip?

3 N channel logic level MOSFETs

You don’t have a choice about this option, they can not be anything else.
