Can i solder and also put a jumper wire?

So i have this project using nano arduino and ST7789 screen display, i wanna supply the arduino board with a battery so can i solder it on the vin and gnd pin? Even tho i'm using a jumper wire to connect the screen to the board with the gnd pin? Also is it wrong to solder the screennwith wires while it's on the breadboard?

Short answer is yes but it is recommended to solder connection since jumper connectors are best for testing and aren't as reliable as soldering your connections. I would not recommend soldering while on the bread board since you might heat the pins up enough to damage the bread board as it is just plastic. You can buy things called Helping Hands that can hold your component to make it easier to keep it in place. Also since you mentioned using a battery with the nano make sure that 1. you can disconnect the battery easily from the nano and 2. that you are following proper battery safety and ensuring that the voltage is correct for you board.

It's OK to have 2 connections (as long as the circuit is correct). But don't solder when plugged-into the breadboard or you can melt it.

Oh ok so i can solder a wire and also use a jumper at the same pin (gnd) for different components

yep, you can also just plug a jumper from the ground pin into the ground part of the bread board and then have that entire row of pins for ground if that makes it easier.

On row 17 (assume it’s row 17) 2 wires can be plugged in that same row; next to each other.

You can also make Y connections with wires.
