Can I use this screen?

Hi, I've been given a lcd screen from a dead ipaq pocket pc. The screen itself is in good condition so I thought it would be a crime not to use it!
The part number is 60h30013-00 and there's another number TMO38qv-67A03.
I'd like to use it as a touch screen for a control pad-type thing for my home automation project. Ideally I'd like to use it with a arduino uno to keep the overall size of the thing down. Has anyone tried t use one of these screens with success? I've googled for a couple of days now with no definitive answers!

How many wires coming out of it? 40? 140? You need a driver chip to handle this complexity.

You could probably use the touch panel as I expect it's a simple resisitive on. But a touch panel on a black screen is not very useful. Pretend it's a secret-agent fingerprint scanner. Put some blue LEDs around the edge.

Hi

I have a TMO38QV-67A03 just disassembled iPAQ which I won at a bloggers competition which was dead for many years.

Are you successful in using the display for Arduino projects? If so, please let me know how?

Thanks
