Hi, I'm designing a model for my project and its quite inconvenient from design standpoint to use this load cell in horizontal alignment can I use it like this ? (photo_added)

Hi, sorry I didnt replied earlier. Im trying to make automatic tea maker that just starts boiling water and after that using electric valve to pour water into the cup. I changed the design on the premise that it isnt safe to drive boiling water through plastic tubes or water pump.
The name of the sensor is not specified, just that it is Load Cell Weight Sensor and I will get it together with HX711 module.
Boiling hot water is no problem for tubes and pumps that are designed to handle boiling hot water - see espresso machines, for example. Many indeed will not handle this temperature well, so you have to select your parts carefully.
Now that has obviously nothing to do with a load cell, regardless of the orientation of it.
