Can this LCD display be used on an Arduino?

I have this LCD display from an old ISDN phone (from some time in the 90'ties).
Can anyone tell me if it can be used on any arduino?
Evt. pin connections and library to use.

Difficult. There is almost no info on the T7900 controller. Moreover, the pins do not have any labels (at least I have not seen anything on your pics).

If there is no information, then it is usually not worth to spend too much time on these display. Better buy a state of the art display. If you need a large display, then I suggest to look for a ST75256 based display (like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32827427810.html)
