Cannot connect to cloud

I am just setting up the Plug and Make kit for the first time. I got to the page that says Template components creation, and when it was finished, it went to the page Connection to the Cloud and said 'the only thing missing is the connection to the cloud'. I tried this last night on a different computer and got stuck in the same place. Today I'm using my lap top, but still stuck on the same place. There's a frown on the UNO R4 WiFi card and it keeps displaying the WiFi attempting symbol that ends in a frown. I've checked the name of the router and the password, those are correct.

I tried to attach pics of those two pages, but it doesn't look like they are uploading to the thread correctly.

I changed the connection from the 5G to the 2G and it seems to be responding now

@rafe2015 usually IoT devices work better in a 2.4GHz network. In the setup your computer section you can find more information about it.
