Cannot find library, but it is properly installed.

Hello everyone!

I got a little Digispark with an attiny85. So far, so fine. My problem is, when I try to compile my project, it tells me, it cannot find the library. Whats weird about that is, I don't have that problem with my Uno, I used for development. It always worked. That only happens when I try to compile it for the Digispark.

I'm running the latest IDE version (1.8.10) on Windows 10 and have the latest version of the library.

Okay, I determined the problem a little bit more. I only have this problem with "NEO_KHZ400". When I use "NEO_KHZ800" it works fine.
