Can't find the port for my Arduino Nano

I am trying to use the first example for the RF24 library and I already uploaded it on my Arduino Uno but now I am trying to upload it on an Arduino Nano, I changed the Board settings to Arduino Nano and I connected it to the computer but when I try to select the Port there is nothing there

I think the problem may be the driver but I entered Device Manager and the Arduino Nano isn't anywhere. Then I tryed it with an Arduino Uno because I thought I wasn't looking in the right place but it works with the Uno

I am trying to install the drivers on my Arduino Nano but it doesn't show up in the Device Manager. The cable came with it so there shouldn't be any problem with it. When I plug it into the PC it doesn't make any sound and it also doesn't show anything on the screen but a green LED turns on and a red one starts blinking

You may need to choose Old Bootloader in the IDE for your Nano.
