Can someone help me with my problem of how to use the CD4060BE as an oscillator to drive a piezo super tweeter?

The circuit is explained in the data sheet on how to setup the oscillator section. You can also check this link: CD4060 Counter Pinout, Working, Examples, Applications and datasheet You will have to add some sort of buffer it was not designed to drive a speaker.
