HI All, I am new to Arduino world.
I am unable to connect my UNO Board with my PC. Please refer my attachments
- In Device manager COM port property shows Code 10.
I tried many ways by reading number of blogs/forums and did Uninstall/update drivers, but still
not able to fix this. Need your help to fix this.
- In Arduino IDE 1.8.2, port option is inactive under tools menu.
(Hope this will be active once COM port fixed)
What drivers did you try?
I have similar problems. See attachment.
IDE port menu and Windows device manager both say COM4 but when uploading it says COM6.
I have not loaded any driver. Just installed IDE 1.8.3. Previous installed version worked fine.
Found it! After switching the driver off and on again in the device manager it worked again.
It is driver - Windows related problem. Solution is OS restart, driver update, driver uninstall/install etc.; see more on MS support.
