Connect touch button panel to Arduino

Hello dears,
I'm new in Arduino and I need some help,

I have touch panel with 4 touch buttons, each button comes with built-in mini led for each.
I want to detect if any button pressed, what is, how I can handle the event?
Please note that he 5V DC is common for all touch buttons.
Regards

Why not put a preliminary sketch together along with a simple parts list and we will see if we can help you.

Actually this is the touch panel wires.
The machine comes with 12 selection and the touch panel comes with 14 pins, how I can find out the wire of each selection?
I'm planning to catch the touch response using the Arduino uno then I will do some tricks using rfid module then I will send the command to the machine again to dispense the selected drink.
Any help will be appropriated.

Hello,
I didn't understand: there are 4 buttons on the panel, but the machine can manage 12 selections (and the conductive layer has 14 conductors).
Do you have to read the state of the 4 buttons (to transmit it to the machine), or do you have to process it to have 12 selection possibilities (which I still don't understand how, with 4 buttons)?
