Connexion arduino r4 uno plug and make et ableton

I would like to make MIDI controler with a plug and make Arduino R4 Uno with Ableton Max/MSP and the connection kit. I would like to use the distance and accelerometer sensors.

I have launched firmata in the Arduino software but it is not working when I want to map with the connection kit in Ableton.

I am really new in Arduino. I may have missed a step in my process. Thanks in advance for your answers.
