Hello everyone
So i have idea in my head
Its a project kind of robots and i wanna make it and it should be ready for end of march 2023
But i have several problems and the biggest one is that's i wanna (control the robot by wifi and over at least 6-10 km away) how can i control it so far frim that distance

You can't stretch WiFi over 10 km (not within any reasonable cost). If you need a high speed link and there is cellular network available - that would be the simplest option. If you need only a low speed link, then you have LoRa.
If you need a high speed link and cellular network is not an option - then consider starlink. If that is not possible also - then you can try buying some special radio link but it will be expensive (starlink is a cheap option comparing to that)

Control is the easiest part of the problem. How will you know what the robot is doing if you cant see it?

There is no description of the actual project so any answers you will get will be based on guesses of what you are actually trying to do.

Provide details of the project and you will very likley get more meaningful answers related to your actual project.

Im stil working on it im trying to make applications for it that contains camera and control for the robot so i can go to some places and see there with out actually going there!

I have a 4g SIM with monthly unlimited internet but how can it helps me is there any chip or ardunio part that contain SIMcard port

Where in the World are you?

In a lot of places, remote controlling a 'robot' from beyond where you can visually see it, might require a special license, for the obvious good reasons.

In my region there is nothing like this no need to license and this robot is for school purposes if a student was sick and can't go to school then the school will give him the code to access the robot so he can take all his lessons without coming to school is it clear now

Ahh, ok look if your a student and the rest begin dont you want to go out of class with your friends, or you will just be bored waiting in the same plase until next class start, thing frish
