Control of 3DOF voice coil actuator using segmented mirror

I suppose, to control one of our 3DOF voice-coil actuators instead of using an expensive dedicated driver and will need
1x 12/ 16 bit microcontroller board having 3x (or more) outputs (3.3 V or 5 V)
3x MOSFET (from 3.3 V or 5 V to +/-20 V)

Thus the circuit would be

                                          microcontroller
                                                     |
                     --------------------------------------------------------
                     | | |
                 mosfet mosfet mosfet
                     | | |
                     --------------------------------------------------------
                                                     |
                                  3 DOF voice-coil actuator

Am I right? Can some one help me for the complete hardware circuit (from PC running matlab to the voice-coil actuator)?

Did you already check how much power require the voice coils for your intended purpose?

@amildaraz, your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum. Installation and Troubleshooting is not for problems with (nor for advise on) your project  See About the Installation & Troubleshooting category.

Totally incomprehensible.

This is a symbol for a N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor.

I would use a 5V Arduino as you can get FETs that switch off 5V, they are known as logic level FETs. Normally a FET would need 10V to switch it on fully. There are only a few FETs that would switch a substantial load from a 3V3 gate voltage.

I did not check

What voice-coil actuators? You need to at the very least provide this information, such as link to datasheet or product page for them.

But the driver will actually work. Your ideas almost certainly will not.
