My idea is to have a camera hidden on a person. A spy camera if you will. The video taken by the camera would be streamed live to a website of my choosing. So the camera and computer would have to be portable. Going into places without having to manually connect to the internet.
What do I need to be able to do this?
How would I go about this?
A video stream that starts in a camera module and ends on a web browser? An arduino won't be a part of that stream, as far as I know. It can steer things, but probably can't handle the video data stream.
