Not "glasses," rather "blinders" which adds to the narrative of society going blindly into the future. To add "transparency" to the subject, place the screen pointing "up" to reflect forward off one-way glass so viewer sees the screen, and user can see the future... and batteries should be held "in the mouth" to show the power of speech.
Loved the analogies and the amazing line of thought.
Going further in to my flow of darkness; Batteries show the power of speech, when stifled, the viewer only sees a pretty exterior presentation, but when the plug is removed, the subject screams loudly about internal thoughts, or until someone (in the know) further stifles the expressive voice... because most do not want to hear what is on the inside and only want to see the pleasant exterior. fin.
