here is my first arduino project :slight_smile:
it's a watch that uses 2 servos to indicate the hour and minute while an 16x2 lcd prints the date, day of the week and the temp
i used atmega168, 9g servos, ds18b20, ds1307, ds32khz a fotoresistor and a 3w blue led which is not yet in the pictures.

the code is attached in a txt document as i cant write more that 9500 characters

it runs for 2 days and hasnt lost one minute
very proud of it myself :smiley:

Cool. I wonder if you would also make a complementary clock where the clock arms are always fixed while the clock plates rotate. Easier to read that way.

i kinda doubt it would be easier to read that way :slight_smile: if you plan to do the watch you're talking about i would be happy to help!

I would make a fixed hand and the tip of the hand is a black square frame so whatever goes underneath it is kind of boxed. The minutes only increments once a minute instead of running constantly :slight_smile:

I'll make it my first motor project once I gather enough stuff to do a stepper motor project. I'll be asking you some questions. Thanks.
