I got this display from a smartwatch. This doesn't include any model number or datasheet. Is it possible to use this display with Arduino?

Yes, this is possible.
It is possible if the information about the interface and the data protocol is known.
For this I recommend reverse engineering with a search for more data with an image search from the internet.
