Driver for a diy 32x32 LED matrix

HI all i am using 4 TLC5940 chips to sink and 2 74HC595's with mosfets to source current, wiring wise this would be a 16x64 display but setup so it is 32x32 visual. i have a rough schematic made and i already have a topic in project guidance but as this drive pertains specifically to multiplexing and LED so i though i would give it a shot,

the 595 Outs would go to mosfets that would go to the "16" Anodes of the led matrix, the 5940 Outs would go straight to the "64" Cathodes of the Matrix
