Eagle library component for 9.5mm terminal block

Hi,
I've searched for hours and I cannot find an eagle part that suits a 3 way 9.5mm pitch terminal screw block. I know it's a big beast, but I need it for a motor control as I have some available. Can anybody help me here?

OK.... no response there. So, can anybody give me a head-start on how to make a new EagleCad part?

I would assume that I could modify a 3 pin header, but I don't know how to resize the holes or move them apart, and, since the grid is in 0.1 inches, how accurately can I convert to 9.5mm?
