Eagle PCB Package issue

Hi

im working on a project that uses a lot of LED's i want to add these led's to my pcb board

however i can not find the right package for it, but i found the package for this led which is similar

Presumably Eagle lets you design your own footprint. If so then the details of the package are available on the page that you linked to
