Finding SMD to DIP adapter board for wierd footprint

Hi All.
I got this tiny tiny LED that I wanna attach to an Arduino.

Its an SMD and I am having a hard time finding some sort of SMD to DIP adapter board specifically designed for this LED package size.

That's cause the footprint is a weird/ wacky footprint that seems to me that it won't align with any footprints that are already available on the market.

How can I attach this LED to a PCB such that I can end up connecting this LED to an Arduino?

What PCB creation software are you using?

Your link to the data sheet is broken.

Just solder wires to the pads and hook the wires to your Arduino.
