I am using ESP12-E to upload code to ESP32CAM (0V2640), CODE is getting uploaded but i am getting the error
18:33:42.372 -> E (45) camera: Detected camera not supported.
18:33:42.372 -> E (45) camera: Camera probe failed with error 0x106(ESP_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED)
18:33:42.372 -> Camera init failed with error 0x106
Even wifi connected line is also not comming.
Please help.
I am also removing the GPI00 and GND pin of ESP cam after successful upload of the code and then pressing the reset button. still the same issue. all the updates are already done. please help.
I am getting the repeated statments each time after resest pin press of esp cam

Which camera did you enable in the code? You need to have ONLY one camera specified. The other thing that will cause that error is a bad or loose camera cable.
If you are using an AI_THINKER, you need to uncomment it and comment out the ESP_EYE
I did that AI thinker, the thing is , wifi connected is not shwoing and the scrrenshot i shared which is continuously coming,,,
i guess error is that my wifi is not getting connected. how to ensure the tight connections?
Nothing to do with WiFi. Selecting the right camera (show me a screen shot of the hdr defines like I posted, and also of what board is selected.
What voltage are you using on the ESP32?
This is what you get when you google the error message.
I am using 3.3V power supply

Yep, that's what the cause is, change it to 5V on the 5V pin and the PSU should be capable of delivering 1A for when the WiFi radio kicks in.
on my esp or on espcam , i have to change to 5 V, I don't have 5V option on my esp (module 12 E) , kindly say from which to which I have to connect 5v.
Ok, those look good so just change the power supply and it should work.
u mean I have to connect 3X3 V from esp 12 e to 5v pin of ESP32 CAM? am i right
NO, you need to connect the esp32-cam 5V pin to a 5V supply.
Have you learned Ohm's law, kirchhoff's laws? You sound like you are not ready for this level yet.
I don't have 5V options from my ESPmodule12E development board... suggest me how ot supply 5V to the ESP32 CAM.
Use a wall wart, or battery pack. Or instead of the 12E get an FTDI.
You normally can't use a board pin to power another board.
What will you use to power the esp32-cam when you are done uploading and ready to deploy the device?
Do you know there is am MB board that will allow USB power?
I have seen many one had listed the same query, but there was no any suitable answer.
and even when i had given 3x3 v to espcam by esp12E., it flashed also when i pressed the resset pin of esp cam, but now it is not flashing and writing camera probe failed with error, detected camera not supported and camera init failed with error 0x106.
I am not confirm that whether my cam module is AI thinker or not , only written ESP 32S CAM and strip no is 0v2640.
is this ai thinker module? or i have choosen wrong camera model? kindly reply
