I have an ESP32 that I've been using for months on other PCs'with no difficulties. Now I'm on another Windows 10 PC and trying to upload, but it fails with this error message:
I've not seen his before ... suggestions welcome ! TIA

No, I have 2 devices connected, Teensy Micromod on COM6 and the ESP32 on COM4. (both are on a Sparkfun Micromod main double board)
I suspect I have hardware issues, i'm reviving an old notebook but it has been flakey on occasion.
