ESP8266 pair with L293D motor driver shield for arduino not working

Okay So I am using two images
1st image

its not working

its working
In both the cases ESP8266 is powered by Micro USB
I am controlling the servo motors through Arduino IOT Cloud
I don't know whats the problem with L293D is there anything to do with code ?
