Fade out animation with FastLED

Hi,
I have a led strip WS2812B and an Arduino nano. I tried to make a fade animation with a single color and to run once. How u probably know fade out will fade until leds will be off but I want to fade until brightness is 10. And the color to remain at brightness 10.
I hope I made myself clear.
Please help me! Thank you!
