Hi @mozhiyu. Unfortunately versions 1.3.7 and newer of Arduino Create Agent are incompatible with Windows 7. Even though 1.3.6 and older are compatible, Arduino Create Agent is automatically updated to the latest version when you try to use it with Arduino Cloud. So this means that Windows 7 users are no longer able to use the features of Arduino Cloud that depend on Arduino Create Agent:
The obvious solution would be to update your operating system. Microsoft retired Windows 7 and is no longer receiving security updates. If your computer can't run Windows 11, you could consider switching to using Linux, which typically supports running on older computers quite well.
If you must continue to use Windows 7, then you will not be able to use the Arduino Cloud features I mentioned above. You can use the other features of Arduino Cloud such as compiling (but not uploading) sketches in Cloud Editor. It is possible to use Arduino IDE on Windows 7 computers. The latest versions of Arduino IDE are not Windows 7 compatible so you will probably be best off by using Arduino IDE 1.8.19. The download links for Arduino IDE 1.8.19 are listed here:
