Does anyone know where to find fasteners whose heads fit in all gaps around the holes of an arduino mega?
I have tried on ebay, in Bunnings Warehouse and various other place online with no luck.
It would be nice to have a neat fastening solution for megas enclosures rather than ugly hacked solutions.

I'm not sure what problem you are trying to solve but McMaster-Carr has lots and lots of fasteners.
Particularly the holes along the op edge in this photo. I have not managed to find any
The hex shaped heads of these, for example, do not fit between the female headers along the top of edge of the mega above.
Use a screw.

For some reason it didn't occur to me to just turn down the screw heads. I just locked the screws in my cordless drill and abraded the edges of the heads until they fitted in the gaps of the mega.
