Flash + Arduino ALMOST WORKING!

Using Arduino Interfacing w/ Software on the Computer

(followed this whole tutorial: http://www.codingcolor.com/as3/arduino-flash-as3-part-4/)

When I test it in Flash, the outliner instantly says:
“Socked Connected!
Socked Closed!”

My Terminal running TinkerProxy says:
"Failed to open comm port – connection refused"

Any idea what’s going wrong here?
