I've created a new library to support multiple flow meters, hall devices, etc. It utilizes GreyGnome's ooPinChangeInt library. It is intended for lower speed devices, probably less than 10khz. Both FlowCounters and ooPinChangeInt are attached below. I'm looking for a home for the library, and someone who could update the PlayGround to reference it.
