I am a complete beginer.
When I select file, open, workshop_02_FlipFlop (.fzz file) it says
arduino opens only .ino or .pde
Is it possible to open .fzz - eventualy edit it - and store it under .ino or .pde?

.fzz is the Fritzing file extension. There is no way to open it in the Arduino IDE or to ever convert it to .ino or .pde because this is not an Arduino program. It's a diagram of how to wire a circuit. Install Fritzing and use that program to open it:
