GIGA Display glitched out today. (It was the R1 board)

Was about to unplug this clock project of mine from the laptop and put back on bedside table, for the night, and display started glitching out.

So ran some sketches that I know work from just recently...

...like the Tic Tac Toe game above. Then some of the examples related to the display as found in the IDE, as there are really only a couple that work right off. The ArduinoLogoDrawing and ArduinoLogo sketches below...

and the geometrical_shapes example from the GFX folder...

Here is what I am working with, and it's all pretty solid, and functioning as would be expected.

So what gives? This is the first indication of any sort of problem with this display over the past four months. Any suggestions for resolving this would be appreciated.

Re-flashed the bootloader (4.1.1) and ran the WiFi firmware updater, because that seems the default response on this type of problem. No improvement.
Some photos of problem persisting after above steps taken.

Thanks for taking an interest.

Hi, contact Arduino Tech Support via Contact us with details of the issue. They will help you troubleshoot and find a solution to the issue.

Opened a ticket on or about 8 April and following week ran some checks with Tech Support. A replacement was approved couple days ago. Awaiting tracking info update. All good.
Thank you!

Turns out it was the R1 board. Not what I was expecting I guess.
