Giga r1: usb not recognized

Hello everyone. I have an Arduino GIga r1 WiFi (original purchased on the Arduino website)
I was programming it and it worked. I unplug it, plug it back in and the computer no longer recognizes it. Do not compare any available ports in the IDE
The old Arduino Due board is recognized.
The last sketch I uploaded continues to work.
I tried reinstalling the bootloader following a post on the forum, but nothing has changed.
I have no idea what to do and I have had no ideas browsing the forum. If you could help me I can avoid throwing away a board that I used for eight minutes in total. :frowning:
The cable is a data cable (and in any case I used it to do the previous uploads)
Obviously I have already turned the PC and board off and on several times. I also reinstalled the board driver from the IDE
PS I have a fair amount of computer knowledge, but in the driver-bootloader-etc. field I have only poor knowledge

Solved.
Double click on the reset button as written here:
https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/giga-r1-wifi/cheat-sheet/

then I followed the istruction written here to solve the next problem i got
