Hello, do yourself a favour and please read How to get the best out of this forum and modify your post accordingly ➜ we need necessary documentation for your ask like what arduino, a link to the exact module you have, which SIM card and contract you have, a description of the challenge you face, what you have tried etc...
As well,as plugging everything in to the breadboard, you have to connect a few pin-wires.
Your photo doesn’t show them clearly.
A schematic is a better option.
