I bought on AliExpress a JC4827W543R from Guition - ESP32 with 4" touch screen and some other nice features on one board. The idea was also to use the enclosed development tools to create professional looking controls and views .
As far as I undestand I always can use arduino IDE and C++ to get it programmed.
Do you have experience with the developement tool that is provided with that board? How to use that ? (I downloaded a big zip-file bute there is a lot in Chinese and everything in small file-pieces.
