Gyroscope and Arduino Nano Every

Hello everyone!
I'm new to this community so I hope my question will be as clear as possible!
I currently have an Arduino Nano Every and a gyroscope (GY-BNO055) and I wonder, how, through some piece of Arduino Code, the two could communicate together. For instance, since this gyroscope has 3 axis, reading the x, y and z values from the gy and displaying them on the Serial console of Arduino IDE.

PS -> I didn't find any related datasheet of the component.

The BNO055 is an IMU and has been around for a decade or more. You can find many getting started tutorials on line, using the search phrase like "arduino bno055".
