Help Control RF TV

I am interested in this project, but I have a doubt and it is where the yellow wires and the green wire are connected.

Dear all, I need some help for a project. I want to use an IR Remote to Control my RF controlled TV Lift. I control my TV with a Harmony Elite IR control and want to build a marco in the Logitech Harmony software that puts the lift in viewing position after switching-on the TV and reverts the Lift back to storage position upon switching-off the TV. The only problem: my Harmony cannot use RF and thus cannot communicate with the TV Lift. Initially I thought to build an Arduino IR to RF converte…

Hack the lift for additional IR input?

Or get a RF module that fits both Arduino and lift.

In the end it is to use the same remote control and the same TV stand. Since I have the same material as in the project.

I gave you two general alternatives to solve your problem. The decision is up to you.
The image does not have any meaning to me.

BTW a TV is typically turned on and off with the same command/button. The lift most probably has distinct commands for up and down?

The only thing I am asking is how is the connection of the project that I put in the first message.
