in the picture the color sensor is set with servo but i want to modify it with lcd as the display , when i give the input red the display will appear "read" on it , i use lcd shield for arduino: _DSC0410-430x430 | Reva123 Santosa | Flickr
i dont know how to use it ,set pins and the programming , please help me i'm a newbie =(

My advice is to spend a week or so in the tutorial section to get to know the Arduino language and how to connect basic hardware. There are (I guess) all the pieces of code explained that you need for your project including tips for the connection of hardware.
