I'm a noob here, I just bought an ESP32, downloaded both CH34X and CP210X drivers to make sure the laptop would recognize it, but once I tried to use it it shows the error:
Connecting.........
A fatal error occurred: Invalid head of packet (0x00): Possible serial noise or corruption.
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 2
Just to clarify, today I connected another ESP34 to the laptop, and showed the same error, so, whatever is happening it has to be related to my configuration rather than the esp32 itself.
Also I made sure to use a data cable and as far as I confirmed is not broken.
Someone has any idea what is happening? or what do I have to do to fix this?
As far as I know is a ESP32 Dev Model. Sorry if I'm vague with it, it's my first time dealing with this stuff. Here's a picture of the board if it helps:
I tried, but most results didn't work out for me, some of them said that the problem was with the cable, but the cable is not broken and is for data. Others that I have to change the uploading speed, and other arduino IDE configurations, i did every one of them but same result, in the esp32 starting guide I downloaded the respective drivers, the same with the arduino IDE web page. that's why I'm here, I seriously have no idea what's going on, just to be sure I will buy another data cable but I don't have too many hopes about that to be honest.
