If you want someone to write code for you ask in the Gigs and Collaboration section and be prepared to pay.
If you want to write your own program and need help this is the place.
Think of your project as several separate tasks - send and receive messages with bluetooth; control a servo; control a motor etc.
There are examples in the Arduino IDE for many of these and lots of examples on the web.
When you have all the parts working separately it will be time to combine them.
Maybe have a look at Planning and Implementing a Program although it was not written for a complete beginner.
