how can i built a esc with a transistor for a brushed motor
words in a internet search engine.
words used "esc schematic"
gets lots of results like this

and more!
What happened when you tried to find out how to build an ESC?
Do you mean brushless?
A coreless brushed motor is just a DC motor in the end, and standard PWM driven transistors or MOSFETs are your solution.
What is the nature of your control signal?
Do you need reversible action from the motor?
What voltage and current does the motor require?

@pebitto: pro tip - when ppl trying to help you ask questions, answer them.
And here's another:
Do you have a sketch that will use this motor control circuit, so we can see where you are headed with this?

How much volts and amps your motor needs ?
Brushless or brushed ?
It is usually better to buy ready-made on the market.
The term "ESC" is a term used for the electronic control for a brushless motor.
If you need a control for a brush motor it can be a simple transistor (or better a MOSFET) controlled by the Arduino "analogOutput" (which is actually PWM)
