Probably not, I do not have a clue to what parts you are using. The colored boxes are useless. Post an annotated schematic and label each part and post links to technical information on them.
Looks like an ACS712 for current, a 7k5:30k voltage divider module for voltage, and a TP4056 charging module.
An INA219 board (voltage and current) would have been a better choice.
Powering an ESP board from a solar cell (without battery) won't work.

Can you show me the connection for it using ina219..btw im powering up esp using usb cable instead of battery..the battery is only for powering up my load
