Is it possible to create an App for Android to receive a notification, when i press a button on my ESP32, using only Local Network??

If so, how can i store the notifications with Date and Time on the App created from AndroidStudio. I have AndroidStudio, I know how to create an App and say Hello World, but i do not know how to create specifically for this only!!

I search the Internet, even the ChatGPT, Gemini, BrackBox.AI, no success.
