How to make a VoIP SIP call from Arduino IDE with ESP32

Hi,

I would like to remotize my home intercom, using an ESP32 board, a sip2sip server and Linephone APP.
Namely, I would like to be able to answer the intercom from my mobile and speaking to the guy that rang the intercom using my mobile.

I think to realize it installing the ESP32 board inside the intercom, connecting microphone and speaker wires to ESP32 ADC and DAC pins, but I'm not very expert about it.

Can anybody tell me how to tell the ESP32 board to connect to the sip2sip server?
Is there a library, running on Arduino IDE/ Cloud, for this goal?
