Buy a quadcopter drone.
Remove and discard all parts of the drone that are not an Arduino Mega2560.

Repeat as necessary

You ask for enough to fill a book. Easier that you find a book already done.

Better that you use a 2560 breakout board (member here named Crossroads sells them) than a much bigger and heavier Mega2560 development board made to stick jumpers in headers that don't hold the jumpers well. Perhaps Budvar in Slovakia makes a breakout and lives closer to you.

As implied, this is no beginners project, and having such a broad question suggests ( no offence) you have little experience of the area.
What experience of drones ( setting up and flying) , motors , RC controlled arduinos do you have ?

I say this to benefit you , because without experience you are doomed to frustration and failure , which could put you off the hobby.
