I have to make self parking chair using Arduino or raspberry pi. But my question is how to record all the track or movement done by chair using DC motor. So, after meeting or conference but giving signal chair come to its original position.
The problem with this is that minor errors or skids will accumulate , so such a device will not accurately return by retracing it’s steps .
Anything else falls unto the very hard box , unless you have a clear run back to a homing signal- still a tough call
