How to rpm control of this motors with arduino

I want to get ready this encoder for measuring rpm.
Also set the motor for rotating in 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 rpm
Please help me.

What have you tried? We are not going to write a program for you. If that is what you want then ask in the Gigs and Collaborations section and be prepared to pay.

How many pulses per revolution does the encoder produce? If you are just interested in measuring and controlling speed then fewer pulses per revolution is better - less work for the Arduino.

If you wish to control the speed so as to get a chosen speed with different loads on the motor you will need to learn about PID control.
